I am a strong team player and catalyst within any team, who focuses on people, business processes and organizational development. As program manager, service delivery - or principal IT Service Manager, I can easily translate my theoretical background into practical examples and immediate actions for rapid but sustainable success within your organization.

 

  • High capability to get quickly acquainted with business processes in different functional areas;
  • Due to my management skills, I have a good expertise of implementing and managing ICT services and people;
  • Expertise based on ITIL, Cobit and ITSM, in the different areas of managing an IT department like incident management, helpdesk management, issues -and problems management but also service continuity management, change management, resource and service level management. I always try to keep in mind the balance between people, processes and technology;
  • Experienced catalyst between business and IT based on broad experience in different industries like managed services, government, logistics, industry utilities and service delivery;

Project Title: Process Optimalisation

Programme Manager

 

  • Design and Manage Optimalisation Program based on ITIL
  • Follow-up Bid Management activities ITSM Tooling;
  • Service Level Negotiation with internal business units (IT customers);
  • Formalization of the SLA’s;
